For years, I searched for a task management app that suited me perfectly, without success. That’s why I decided to create it myself.

TaskOrder revolutionizes task management by organizing tasks like the branches of a family tree. Each task becomes a branch, capable of containing other tasks within it.

This unique approach offers unmatched flexibility to intuitively structure and prioritize your projects.

TaskOrder is available on Android and iOS.

You can download it on the Play Store (Android) and the App Store (iPhone).

A task in TaskOrder represents an action to be completed.

But it’s more than that, it can also serve as a folder containing other subtasks.

On the main page of the app, at the bottom, just above the favorites, there is a form field labeled “Add task”.

Simply enter the task name and confirm using the keyboard.

Press and hold the task, then drag it to the left with your finger.

Open the task settings (gear-shaped icon), select the desired color, then confirm your choice.

It represents the list of the tasks to be completed today.

It contains all the tasks whose date has arrived and that have not been completed.

A favorite is a shortcut placed on the app’s main screen that allows direct access to the content of a specific task.

For example, it makes creating a shopping list easier and provides quick access to add ingredients.

To create a favorite, simply go to a task’s settings and click on the desired favorite icon located at the bottom of the settings.

Go to the settings of the task you want to add to favorites, then click on the desired favorite.

The selected task will replace the previous one in the favorite.

Go to the settings of the task you want to remove from favorites. Click the corresponding favorite button.

The task will then be removed from your favorites.

Yes, on Android.
Not yet on iOS : the iOS widget is still in development.

Not yet, it’s currently in development.
For now, tapping the widget simply opens the app.

The app is available as a subscription for 1 € per month (Price for France, adjusted according to your region), which is roughly the cost of a coffee for the developer.

The development of this app took a lot of time and continues to require resources to keep it updated. Thank you for contributing to the app’s ongoing development.

Yes, when you first download the app, you can test the TaskOrder application for free by creating up to 50 tasks. Beyond this limit, the creation of new tasks requires the subscription to a Subscription.
Tasks that have already been created will remain readable even without an active
subscription .

The TaskOrder app does not collect any personal data.

All tasks you enter are saved only on your device.

Subscriptions are managed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS).
TaskOrder does not access your payment data and does not retain any information related to transactions. These operations are fully handled by the platforms.

All data/tasks you enter in the app are saved only in the memory of your device. This data is neither sent to a server nor shared with any third party.

You alone are responsible for managing, backing up, and protecting the data stored locally.

No, there is no tracker or activity monitoring in the TaskOrder app.
